COUNSELLING
Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) is a therapeutic approach developed by Carl Rogers that focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their feelings, thoughts, and experiences. In this approach, the therapist takes on a non-directive role, offering empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence (authenticity) to help the client achieve self-understanding and personal growth.
By prioritizing the client's perspective and inner resources, PCT encourages individuals to discover their own solutions, fostering a sense of empowerment and self-worth. This approach is particularly effective for those facing issues like anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties.
At its core, Person-Centered Therapy respects the uniqueness of each person and supports them in the journey toward self-acceptance and emotional well-being.
FEES
Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place either as a video call online or phone call, according to your preference. We provide a free 20 minute, no obligation consultation for each potential client. Should you then wish to continue here is a fee of £45, payable by BACS prior to each session.
However, we understand that this is not always feasible for some clients and we aim to help as many men as possible. As such, if you are suffering certain financial difficulties, please feel free to contact us on 07852 865109 or cfmtherapyuk@gmail.com to discuss ways the costs may be reduced.
